Summer Art Camps with recycling theme

now enrolling for ages 5 – 12

At Piedmont Arts Summer Art Camps, campers will cREate art using new and recycled materials, while drawing inspiration from the galleries, famous artists, artist demos and creative activities.

“Campers will explore the different media and materials we can REuse and REpurpose into art,” said Education Coordinator Becki Williams Vasquez. “From fabric strips to plastic bottles to paint, we’ll use a variety of materials to cREate art this summer.”

An art show and awards ceremony will take place on the Friday of each camp session at 11:30 am, showcasing the work cREated during Summer Art Camp. Campers’ families and friends are invited to attend this free reception.
